Dr. Jocasta Rex enters her medical office one morning, smoking a cigar, and discovers the dead body of her sophomore medical student, Hector Ramirez Munoz lying on her examination table. He is naked, and the most striking feature is his rigid, erect, male organ protruding at ninety degrees from his body. A short time later Clarence Lankin, a police officer arrives on the scene to investigate the death of Munoz. The doctor discovers that a strong aphrodisiac caused Munoz's death. The evidence is on the floor beneath him, in the form of red plant leaves. Dr. Rex convinces the police, that she is an expert on drugs, and that she could head the investigation. The police agree. The doctor examines the plant and discovers it to be Rubour Vellorum Flapparum, which she nicknames, Red Velvet Flapper. Dr. Rex then decides to fly to South America and trace the origin of the plant. There she discovers that farmers in the jungle are growing the illicit plant and exporting it to the U.S. and making millions of dollars profit. With the help of the local police they attack the farming areas and arrest the exporters, jailing all of them. Satisfied that she has prevented a major health hazard to people in the U.S., she lights a cigar and triumphantly returns home.
