Well. That was quite possibly the worst book I've ever read. I never read Goosebumps as a kid, so I didn't know what to expect. I'm not generally into horror, but since it was a YALSA Teen Top Ten nominee, I gave it a shot. Considering that it's up for a pretty big award, I had higher expectations. ...
I would have adored this in middle school but it is just so cliche. It's best to go watch 'Scream' and 'I Know What You Did Last Summer.'
Well this was a disappointment. :( Claire was really bleh to the end, a whiny spoiled little brat.The deaths were just lame and comical (to be expected though).The story felt a bit dragged, I sometimes just skimmed pages because nothing happened except for Claire and her whining.
