I just wrote an entire review that Goodreads decided to eat so forgive me if this one isn't everything it could be.WOW.I loved it. I found the first book enjoyable, albeit dense, and I found the second book simply a chore to get through. It took me a long time to decide to continue on witht he ser...

So many surprises that I didn't see coming. With George Martin you're never going to be sure of what's going to happen next.

Wow...seriously, wow! This book completely swept me up, grabbed me, and pretty much kept me locked in its grip! So much happened! I'm seriously sad about some of it, but I'm completely and utterly hooked on this series now! What a wild ride this book was! Can't wait to read A Feast for Crows! :D

Actual rating: 38934717874 starsI finally finished this big baby! It's undoubtedly better than the first and second books, but if that also holds true for the fourth and fifth books, I can't say yet. Anyway, there was a lot of action and even more revelations in this book. I'd love to read A Feast f...

Wow! I was surprised again and again by what happened in the book. Martin is a master story teller and I can't even try to predict what will happen. It's impossible, but wonderfully fun. The book was longer than the last two, but I still sped through this one, enraptured. It's hard to give a review w...

I'm trying to avoid spoilers here, but be warned. Some might slip through my fingers.Dammit, George R.R. Martin, how the hell did that happen? How on earth did you take a character I despised, and, without changing any of the things that I despised, add enough layers and complexity to make me like h...

Another great book in this series! GRRM is now my favorite author. Loved every moment of reading this book and find that I don't skim over paragraphs to get to the good parts.....the author makes me not want to miss any details!
