I didn't really care for this collection of short stories. There didn't seem to be a point to any of them. I didn't learn anything about any of the characters that I thought was necessary or useful, and only one story, "One Word Answer", advances the plot of the series. The collection is also ver...
Muddled, Mystified & Marvelous Musings
These are fun, easy, quick reads with some back ground but don't expect what you're used to in the series.

This was definitely a decent read. I wanted to read some of the books before watching the show true blood. I would definitely recommend those who want a decently written vampire (and not just vamps) short stories that are loosely related. It's a lighter novel and actually pretty funny. Not the best...

There wasn't much to this book, just five very short Sookie stories. They were all too short to be very substantial in the realm of plot or action, but they weren't bad. I think I enjoyed Gift Wrap, Fairy Dust and Dracula Night the most. The other two were forgettable.

Most notably is the explanation of Hadley's death and the introduction of Sophie Ann. The story includes what h...

A Compellation of short stories, each taking place at various times in Sookies "History". Most of which have Sookie solving a mystery of some sort, either aiding or aided by one of her many "unusual" friends. A great "Trublood" fix for when you are waiting for the next full length book in the series...

Meh...I guess I need to pay more attention to the description next time. I didn't realize this was a collection of all the short stories from several anthologies with the Sookie Stackhouse characters. They were ok, but I feel that shorts typically lack in plot and this was no exception. I felt th...
