A simple framework for evaluating the value of government intervention based on natural free market incentives. The premise being that the government should only step in when the free market would create harmful incentives and minimize its influence on daily lives. While many may weigh the factors differently than I do, I think evaluating each system in a more utilitarian way allows for greater objectivity in policy.
