A great installment in the series before it started going a bit downhill for me. This book follows Marcie Sullivan as she tries to find the man (Ian Buchanan) who saved her now dead husband who is holed up in Virgin River. I liked the characters, though the plot was a bit of a stretch. As a story of friendship and healing, I think it worked well, but they just seemed like really good friends...didn't quite buy the romance. Nice holiday mood choice though!

Now, that my baby is 1 and my postpartum feels back to normal, I'm so happy to revisit Virgin River again. This book was great! In th...
