This could have been so much more but wasn't. I didn't get into the story or care for any of the characters because of the writing style, 'tell don't show'. The style made the topic tedious. It is probably interesting, though, for those who are interested in AL and this time in the American history....

For a book about a president being a kickass vampire hunter it wasn't so kickass. I still CANT wait for the movie!!!

2.5 there were parts I liked, but I ended up flipping more pages than the ones I read, and that makes this book a failure.

Really enjoyed this book. Definitely going to read Mr. Grahame-Smith's other one --- I'm such a huge Pride & Prejudice fan (plus I love zombies) that I think (and hope) that one will be even more spectacular.
