More of a thriller than my usual fare, I loved the plot and was frustrated by the heroine. As part of the book's structure, *everyone* knows more than Caro for the first third of the book (even me, new to the world, had glimpses through the villain's eyes that put me ahead of poor, sheltered Caro)....
