These days, my patience is wearing thin when it comes to any shifters series and then having to read the "you're my mate, you're mine, you belong to me" and possesive Alpha attitude from the male characters. Unfortunately, as much as I think that this could be a good start for a series, the heroine ...

A semi-good read. The pacing was off a bit and the killer/stalkers were a bit clumsy and predictable. Would like to see where this series? goes. Lots of shifters in a pack make many future bonding and mating a give-in.

Ana’s has been barely holding her pack together, her pack was attacked a few years before and all of the males and the pregnant females died due to poisoning. She has also been under pressure to unite with another group of shifters, but their alpha is crazy and wants to hurt her. One day her child...

Alpha Instinct has all the elements that make up a typical urban fantasy novel:1. An Alpha hero and an alpha heroine as main characters (which basically means that both are strong-willed, stubborn creatures, with the only difference in their rank being that the heroine decides the course of action ...

In urban fantasy, the heroines tend to be able to fend for themselves, against both villains and the occasional Super-Type-A must-be-in-charge hero. In this book, the heroine had some TSTL moments that just drove me crazy. For exam...

You know...I can't....look...*deep breath*Ok, I wanted to like this book. I really really did but the repetition and the switching of the POV's....I went from bored to annoyed in five seconds flat. Read my updates if you want a better idea because I'm not going to give this any more of my time.

This book and I got off to a rough start. Ana is supposed to be a female alpha. I fully support this. But instead of kicking ass and taking names, she waits around for a man to take care of her. She needs a man to stabilize her pack, protect them and keep them financially afloat. I don't understand ...

Analena “Ana” Cordona’s shifter pack’s water supply was poisoned wiping out all their males and the pregnant females swiftly and mercilessly. As the eldest daughter of the pack Alpha, Ana stepped in as leader but she knows the clock is ticking. The North American Council governing wolf shifters will...

Reviewed by: Rabid ReadsIn a nutshell, Alpha Instinct is full of hunk-tastic alpha men, werewolf-erific passion and barbaric action. What more could you possibly want in a story!? Even though the pacing was off in some parts and some of Katie Reus' vocabulary choices were a bit questionable at times...
