In the second book in the Garoul series, the readers are already 'in' on the Garoul's secret, so the author manages to concentrate on the character development of the leads, which results in a much better and emotionally satisfying read. Ambereye is both funny and heartbreaking at the same time. Act...
Really enjoyed it, even more than the first one. I wasn't ready for it to end, and I wanted to hear more about these two.
