Lacking their more experimental edges, but not a bad start.
Strange book, that it was. I liked the fact that the author is a hopeless cinic, and some of his jokes had a deeper meaning, that was nice. But then again, I didn't really like the book. I found it rather dull. Sparkless. That kind of thing.
