Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Sheridan Le Fanu: "Carmilla" (ISBN 13: 9781504001618) -- also works for "Gothic," "Dark and Stormy Night," "Classic Horror," "Genre: Horror," and (like most of the titles on this list) "Supernatural."
Arthur Conan Doyle: "The Adventure of the Sussex Vampire" (ISBN 13: 9781447404255; ISBN 10: 1447404254) -- also for "Gothic" and "Genre: Mystery" (it's a Sherlock Holmes investigation, but an unusually spooky one)
Angela Sommer-Bodenburg's "Little Vampire" series (ISBNs of the first book -- "The Little Vampire" -- are ISBN 13: 9781842704448 and ISBN 10: 1842704443) -- YA series, so would also work for "YA Horror"
Murder by Death
Added. :)
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Thank you! :)
Tannat
I thought the square needed vampires AND werewolves. Otherwise why are they squaring off with "versus"?

Also "God Save the Queen" by Kate Locke (ISBN 9780316196123).
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
I thought so, too, but by MbD's comments above (and judging by the books included in the list so far), apparently not -- one of them seems to be enough after all.
Murder by Death
You guys had me panicking for a second until I read further down and saw OB's clarification. I thought I'd seen somewhere that it was either/or or both... glad I wasn't hallucinating. :)

I'll be adding the additional books in the next 30 minutes or so...
Murder by Death
@Tannat - Added God Save the Queen. :)
Books, hockey, and a bucketful of snark
Not forgetting Anne Bishop's The Others series.

And for anyone thinking of starting L K Hamilton's Anita Blake books; be warned. They go downhill faster than Franz Klammer.
Murder by Death
I swear I didn't forget, I KNOW I added Written in Red... grumble, ... I'll add it again now.
Tannat
Maybe it was under another square?
Murder by Death
No, I remember having an internal conversation with myself about Written in Red being perfect for this category... I must have searched it but forgot to actually click on the book to add it.

It's added now. :)
Books, hockey, and a bucketful of snark
Yay! I went through the list more than once because I was convinced I must have missed it.
SusannaG - Confessions of a Crazy Cat Lady
Yeah, all of the Anita Blake novels would qualify, but I wouldn't recommend anything after Obsidian Butterfly.
Books, hockey, and a bucketful of snark
I didn't get as far as Obsidian Butterfly. I read the first two while I was waiting for the next Harry Dresden, and thought they were OK. I then picked up one of the much later ones and couldn't believe it was the same series. At that point I bailed because I didn't see the point in getting invested in a series only for it to spectacularly nosedive.
Murder by Death
I've never even tried the series because too many people have told me how radically it changes, and like you Books, Hockey... I figured why get invested only to be disappointed later?
SusannaG - Confessions of a Crazy Cat Lady
I started reading them before she went around the bend, so I then dropped it like a stone.
So this one can be a book about vampires OR werewolves and doesn't have to be both? That opens up a much bigger reading pool!
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Just to clarify -- so it does have to be both after all?
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
OK, thanks! So it's either vampires or werewolves to qualify, but brownie points if it's got both ...! :D
Tannat
Thanks for clarifying! I say if it has both we should put two markers on the same square (only counts for one, of course).
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Two cats in such a confined space? :D
Tannat
Shrink 'em.
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
"Honey, I shrunk the cats?"
Tannat
I thought the yowling was higher-pitched than usual...
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Lol. Now I have a cat screech gradually getting higher in proportion to the cat's shrinking stuck in my inner ear.
I'll have to make an alternative marker facing the other way in a different colour!
This one could be a real challenge for me. Twilight style Romance just isn't my thing!
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
There are vampires and werewolves in Terry Pratchett's Night Watch series (I'm reading "Feet of Clay" -- it even has both of them!).
Murder by Death
@OB: Added those two. Thanks! :)
Well I went on a search last night and found myself in the Urban Fantasy section, someplace I never go! But I did find 2 going for free that might not suck.
Werewolf Love Story parts 1&2 by H.T. Night (171 pages)
or
Bloodfire by Helen Harper (317 pages)
I downloaded them of course because you never know how long they're free. Both appear to have both Vamps and weres so fingers crossed that one of them is decent quality writing.
Murder by Death
Added them - good luck, hopefully they'll be good. :)
After looking at the first page of both last night, I'm going with Bloodfire. The writing was good, though the plot may well make me gag before the end. ;)
Murder by Death
Yikes. Here's to retch free reading. :)
The description sounds really good!
Murder by Death
I've added it to the list Tigus. :)
Nighttime Reading Center

Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Copied from the comments section of Moonlight Reader's suggestions post (http://moonlightreader.booklikes.com/post/1591111/a-few-bingo-suggestions):

Elentarri's Book Blog:
Atrix Wolfe by McKillip has a sort of shape shifting wolf thing in it.

Linda Hilton:
Jennifer Roberson has a whole series on shapeshifters, the Cheysuli, but I don't know if there are any wolves in it.
Murder by Death
I didn't add either of these because Moonlight Reader was specific that they had to be werewolves not shape shifting creatures of any other kind. I wasn't sure what 'wolf thing' meant, lol. ;-)
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Fair enough -- maybe Elentarri can elaborate on the "shape shifting wolf thing"? :)

(Though on second thought, if we're adding weredogs ... Your call, though.)
Murder by Death
Yeah, I agree with Tannat - I think we need clarification on the dog shifter. If it stays, I'll add Atrix Wolf too. :)
Tannat
God's War by Kameron Hurley has both dog and raven shapeshifters, so it would probably work for either werewolves or monsters. Plus massive man-eating bugs.
Murder by Death
Added - I'm thinking dog shapeshifter qualify as werewolves???
Tannat
Yeah, that was my reasoning, even though they're not "traditional" werewolves...but perhaps we should request a judgement.
Just for the record, Bloodfire turned out to be rather good and has a variety of weres so would suit werewolves or monsters.
Murder by Death
Thanks for that - one less ?? on the list. :)
The better to see you, my dear
Nalini Singh's books on the Psy/Changelings saga would qualify
Nighttime Reading Center
Bloodmark, Bloodrealms, Bloodmoon, by Aurora Whittet - They change from humans and changed into werewolves or some other supernatural creatures. Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Books from Halloween Bingo 2018 participant reading plan lists posted to date:

Beastly Bones by William Ritter (9781616206369)
Nice Girls Don't Bite their Neighbors by Molly Harper (9781451641813)
Croc's Return by Eve Langlais (9781517296902)
God Save the Queen by Kate Locke (9780316196123) -- suggested by Tannat for an earlier bingo, but apparently never got added after all?

Magic Triumphs by Ilona Andrews (9780425270714)b -- book 10 of the Kate Daniels series; do we want to add it? Book 1 ("Magic Bites") is already on the list.
The Art of Seducing a Naked Werewolf by Molly Harper (9781439195871) -- book 2 of the "Naked Werewolf" series; again, do we want to add it? Book 1 ("How to Flirt with a Naked Werewolf") is already on the list.
Murder by Death
Nice Girls Don't Bite their Neighbours - I don't think - has werewolves in it. I *think* it's book 2 that the werewolves show up, but I'll look it up (I have all the books) and check; whichever one is appropriate, I'll add to the list.

It's entirely possible that God Save the Queen got missed by accident - I get into a rhythm with adding titles, and once the list gets too long to see the bottom of, I don't have any visual confirmation that they actually got added. I might have got a little click happy and saved before the book actually added. It's there now.

re: Magic Triumph - no; I've noted that the entire series works. Same, I think, for Harper's Werewolf series.

Others added. :)
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Thank you! (And I'm glad one of us actually knows these series ... :D)
SusannaG - Confessions of a Crazy Cat Lady
Laurell K. Hamilton - The Lunatic Cafe (0425201376). Not first in series, but the first where werewolves are really present.
Murder by Death
Added and noted - thanks SusannaG! :)
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
More books from the participants' reading plan lists -- including unassigned / "free square" / "wild card" books that would fit this category:

Dark Captive by Kate Douglas (9781946069658)
Dance of the Gods by Nora Roberts (9780515141665)
Lake Silence by Anne Bishop (9780399587245)
Her Rogue Alpha by Paige Tyler (9781492625896)
Bodyguard Bear by Zoe Chant (9781521319949)
Stolen by Kelley Armstrong (9780452296664) -- add it, though? The first "Otherworld" book ("Bitten") is already on the list.
Etched in Bone by Anne Bishop (9780451474506) -- again, though: add it? The first "Others" book ("Written in Red") is already here.
Murder by Death
9781946069658
9781521319949

not in database. Added via title search. Last two not added because 1st in series already on list.
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Sigh. Thank you. And sorry about the ISBNs. :(
Murder by Death
No apologies necessary. I'm never sorry someone gives me an ISBN - I just didn't have time to add them, but didn't want to lose track of them (there are others in your earlier lists that weren't in the system either and I kept thinking they were one-offs; when I realised it was a significant number, I could no longer remember which ones needed adding). :)
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
I guess for purposes of these lists it's half as bad as long as you can at least add them by title search with another ISBN, but for those of us who (like me) make a point of actually having the specific edition they've read / own on their shelves, it's a bit more of an issue. (Not to mention that if it's in the database, that still doesn't necessarily mean it's combined with the rest of the editions. But I digress ...)
Murder by Death
I'm a sticker for correct edition too, but I gave up regarding the lists; if they're titles I've read, then yes I use my ISBN, but since these lists are overwhelmingly not books I have or are ever going to read, whatever works. They are a great resource for librarian clean ups though; I've been trying to go through title by title and make sure they aren't strays, etc. Which sounds more impressive than it is - I think I've only had time to do about 6 titles so far. :p
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Hah. Feels like we're on par then, as far as that's concerned. :(
Themis-Athena's Garden of Books
Next batch from the participants' "reading plans" posts:

Wild Hunger by Chloe Neill (9780399587092)
Dead Heat by Patricia Briggs (9780425256282)
-- as well as "Alpha & Omega" #1, "Cry Wolf" (9780441016150)
XOX
Fool Moon by Jim Butcher (978-0451458124) - Dresden meet werewolves.
