I liked this one but I didn't fall in love with it. I think that it was all the quips about how Aquaman in nobody's favorite hero, how he talks to fishes, etc. that got old fast. I'd still probably pick up the next volume when I can because the action was spot on.

Words cannot express how surprised I was at this series. Arthur is clearly his own man, trying to do good and dealing with the ridicule of being ~Aquaman~. There's a huge time lapse between his father's death and present time. I can't wait to see the backstory. Plus! Mera! A sea goddess, a true bada...
