3.5 starsPlot: I would say not quite up to standards. A little weaker, with less twists and just two very straightforward plotlines. Artemis and his disease and Turnbull and his evil plan. No surprises and no real resolution. Save the planet and assuage guilt. Save Atlantis as a matter of necessity....
Not a bad book, certainly enjoyed it better than the last Artemis Fowl book. I think though that it's about time for the series to be over. It looks like Colfer is setting it up for the series to end. Artemis creates a device to help save the planet. When everything breaks loose who is to blame?
