This book was slightly confusing, but I guess that happens with time travel and everything. Interesting to see Artemis battle with his younger self and realize just how much of a brat he was when Holly first met him. Also, Holly and Artemis kiss...not sure how I feel about that lol

Ah, Mulch's victimization speech is simply wonderful. Followed by "...and I forgive me." Classic. My response can't possibly have anything to do with my horrible Friday and a certain student.10-9-11 I appreciate the way Mr. Colfer brings apparently insignificant disparate strands together at the ...

Entertaining, though I think perhaps I had out-grown the Artemis Fowl series since I last read the first four (about three years ago). This book seemed unecessary in what is a very good series, and I didn't particularly enjoy it, though the concept was good. I can't bring myself to review this book ...

Oh how the mighty fall. After devouring "The Lost Colony" and wanting to see how Colfer furthers Artemis’ growth as a human (and teenage boy), I was severely disappointed.

This is the sixth book in the series about Artemis Fowl, criminal mastermind and boy genius. I would not recommend anyone interested in reading these books to start with book 6, as while they are quite self-contained, they do reference things that have gone before, and it's nice to see the developme...

Even as he purred, Artemis winced at how ludicrous the situation had become. It was a typical Fowlesque melodrama. Two parties hunting for a lemur on the highest power lines in Ireland. When Angeline Fowl falls deathly ill with a magical disease, Artemis enlists N01's help, and together with Holly,...

his is the sixth book in the Artemis Fowl series, and I'm sad to say I really didn't like it as much as the first four. The fifth book I gave up on halfway through, however, and I DID manage to finish this one, so that's a plus, I suppose? I just felt strongly that I had read this all before, which ...

Colfer turns in another "fairies with super-tech" opus. This one is competent enough, but struggles to provide anything really new; it is clear that his best work hence-forth will be Fowl-less.

Just like any other book about time travel, this one is likely to give you a headache if you stop to think too much about it. Pretty good, but I occasionally felt like too much happened. Artemis and Holly couldn't keep on being so unlucky in everything they did. Made it seem almost far-fetched when ...

It is better than his last Artemis Fowl book, but I however am glad he's taking a three year break until this next. This book was GOOD, but I had trouble getting into the start and it's not as good as the first in the series or even his latest book - Airman.Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it. But it...
