WOW, this was truly amazing, a very different kind of shifters, with a very '1984' or 'Animal Farm' feel about it. Oppression is very tight, and until the very last word (and even now!) I am still not sure who Calla and Shay can trust! It was heartbreaking to see how Calla's trust in all that she ha...

Why do all YA books have to have a love triangle now? Just the whole world building, the pack politics, the conflict with the Keepers and her relationship with Ren would have made this a good book.I just want to lead Shay into a wine cellar and brick it shut.

This book frustrated me to no end! I eagerly consumed chapter, after chapter, becoming more and more upset with Calla's choices. Its one of those books that, come the end, you want to throw against the wall - one of those books that you can't help but love because it ignited such a passionate respon...

Why did I wait so long to read this book? Why didn't you guys make me read it sooner? =)Nightshade is a book full of twists and turns, love and betrayal, and all kinds of paranormal creatures. What's not to love?Calla is one bad-ass heroine. She is snarky, fierce, and very loyal. She loves her ...

So I only very recently entered the world of shifters and I don't know what all the "rules" are yet (you know, besides being awesomesauce, which should be the #1 rule BTW). But Nightshade was nothing short of amazing and extremely engaging and entertaining. Calla is the Alpha of the Nightshade wer...

I liked this new interpretation of werewolves. With paranormal books that have vampires and werewolves it is really nice to come across one with an unusual premise. Nightshade definitely does!First of all the cover! So beautiful and different, it would totally draw my eye if I saw it on a shelf! I l...
