FORMERLY "Awakened Athlete" This book is for the SERIOUS athlete . . . and artist . . . or business person. The study is for anyone looking to increase SELF-COMMAND and SUCCESS in any endeavor. The work posed in this writing is not a process to simply play with. It takes dedication and a lifetime of practice. If you are serious about your sport, art or profession, this is a path rarely taught and one that should be seriously considered, unless you are happy with simply following.

This book was written with athletes in mind because that was my personal path. What is taught is NOT JUST FOR ATHLETES. Athletes are the examples in the book because athleticism is so easy to see in the mind’s eye. The skills taught in this book can be generalized across the full spectrum of human endeavors. My point?

Awakened Command is for any person who seriously wants to achieve at the highest levels in any endeavor. Don’t let the hurdler fool you. He is currently working on his PhD in Kinesiology/Sports Physiology and he is also researching night and day on business ventures. At Age 27 he is well on his way to being an entrepreneur.

How serious is he? He is a nationally ranked decathlete and rubbing elbows with international Olympic coaches. With the exception of the Neigong energy work, he could have written this book and he is a main example within.
