I think the writing in the series is getting worse. It seemed a lot more "fan-ficcy" and less polished. Also annoyed with the new format of changing POV.

These books are rather a guilty pleasure for me- there is a lot of very vague plot work going on at times, but I still enjoy them. However, this last book was much better than the previous ones have been.
