Bag of Bones is probably the closest Stephen King has ever come to gothic romance. Its also one of the best "ghost" stories I have ever had the pleasure of reading. And a plea - don't watch the horrendous (in this readers opinion) so called adaptation of this novel starring Pierce Brosnan...althoug...

king je najbolji pisac kojeg se može uzeti u ruke kad se pojavi želja za nekim lakšim štivom.

This is an amazing book, period. The story is great with most of it's twists and turns. It's a real page-turner, the more the story goes on, the more tense it gets. Read it years ago and felt it was just average, not great unlike some of is earlier works.

Genuinely creepy, atmospheric and well written ghost story from King. The end of this book is abysmal but for 9/10th of this book it is the best thing King had written in years.

It is widely known that Stephen King has a particular talent for horror or mistery tales. This story was of no exception! It is so well written that you can't (believe me, you can't) let it out of your hand! It has the really good plot, the well-built character and of course, the fear, Stephen King'...

Stephen King never disappoints. Again he's woven a story of intrigue, mystery, fear, horror and unknown and he's done it well. The writing creative; the story intense, this novel has all the undercurrents you've come to know as classic King; however, Bag of Bones also contains feeling - caring, loss...
