A bit dark for tweens, better for teens. Story is interesting, but not interesting enough to want to finish reading it.

I ended up enjoying this book more than I thought I would. When I first started reading, the pace was a bit...well, I guess scattered is ...

Meh. I felt like the characters had little depth, little sense and too much sarcasm.
