Very good m/m romance collection - I really can't remember if I've read a collection that I liked better. I think it would indeed serve as a good introduction to the genre.
It's good to read story when the two guys are already in stable, loving, committed relationship. I enjoy reading the mayhem of preparing Christmas for the big (craaaazy) family and the story is sweet too.
