Not quite as good as the first one but I am still loving it. This one was just so slow moving. I'm excited for the next one though :)

I LOVED the first book because Dru was such a hard-ass… but she also had heart… e.g. helping Graves and all that)… even Christophe got me interested. And even if, there were TWILIGHT parallels of unique girl with a best friend werewolf and vampire crush, I really enjoyed all the action in it.BUT Bet...

The Real World is a frightening place. Just ask sixteen-year-old orphan Dru Anderson, a tough girl who has taken on her fair share of bad guys. Dru is still reeling from the events of ‘Strange Angels’ in which she fought her Zombie father and killed him, and now discovers that she’s half-vampire and...

this left me with a feeling the book wasn't really finished... I know that it's good to keep the suspense when you are writing a series, but this was a little too sudden IMO.

Dru is probably the most depressing teenager ever, but her stubborness and strength are really inspiring. I love how she is still grieving her father's death from the first book - and her mother's de...

I'm not sure where to start with this book. When I picked up Strange Angels, I was impressed by the cool cover. This one doesn't look as good, although I like the fact that they kept the same girl. In terms of the plot, I thought it was extremely slow in the beginning. In the end, I thought that too...

I'm going to have to reread this one. This reading of it was ill timed, or I wasn't into it, I'm not sure. However, I did have alot of stress this week and that prevented me from really getting into the book. Plus, I think I may need to reread the first one because it's been a while. Again, I'm not ...
