This one started off slow at first. I like how the author didn't give all the information about these characters up front. She let discover things as we read. And the ending WOWZA!!
I thought this was good. It kept me entertained and guessing. Slaughter is def. and author I will read more of. She slightly reminded me of either Sandra Brown or Tess Gerritsen. I did like that she was a bit more twisted in her writing and didn't weigh it down with over the top romance.
This is the first book I've read by this author and I really enjoyed it. I actually cared about the characters and just couldn't get enough of it. I will definitely be reading more of her books in the future.
