This book was particularly interesting because I'm taking a social psychology course right now, so some of the case studies and concepts Gladwell presented were concepts I was learning about at the same time.Even though it's non-fiction with a lot of scientific concepts tied in, this book doesn't co...

This is fascinating stuff. I agree with him that most of us have been taught our whole lives to ignore our first impressions. A great book about what goes on in our subconscious. I didn't realize how little I knew about my brain! The stories in each chapter are interesting and insightful.

After reading The Tipping Point, though, I wanted to read more Gladwell and this is the next one th...

This book will give you lots to think about. I'm not sure of the veracity of all of his claims, but it's still a worthwhile read.

In my opinion, this book wasn't as good as his first one, The Tipping Point. Got a little slow in the middle, which is why I've stopped reading it in the middle.
