Pros:* is this the same main character?* more info about Barron's history* expansion of history/worldCons:* Still speaks directly to the reader* Odd music/iPod references as shortcutsWow...Mac is a very different character in this novel. She's still a little ditzy and does things to put herself in d...
Shit, son. This is getting better and better. Mac and Barrons banter made me laugh so many times. Barrons was in full alpha mode and I was loving it. Book 1 and 2 of this series are just basically the same with a few more action scenes but very little plot advancement. I honestly feel that this series could have easily been just 3 books long and it would have been just fine.

She also becomes much more badass, which I enjoyed. The book becomes much darker, though it claims to be ab...
