So this review will also be in the box set of books 1-3. I will be reviewing each of those books individually. So as anyone knows I really enjoy zombie books and this one was no different. In Zero Day we are quickly introduced to the character Zed. The book starts off pretty fast and keeps up with...

Synopsis: Slow Burn: Infected picks up the story of Zed, Murphy, and Jerome where Slow Burn: Zero Day ended. All three have all been infected but have not succumbed to the most pernicious symptoms of the virus. They’re not the mindless cannibals that most infected are. Nevertheless, their band of ...

ABR's full The Last Survivors audiobook review and many others can be found at Audiobook Reviewer.I couldn’t wait to get started on The Last Survivors when I found out who the authors were. T.W. Piperbrook and Bobby Adair couldn’t write a bad book if they tried and together, I thought they would be ...

Between the lack of indents (a line break just isn't good enough, I'm sorry. The page looks like a wall of text) and the manic first-person writing, I just can't. Apparently reading is just not a good bet for me today.

You know what? If the zombies come, I am not saving SHIT. I'm not saving you, your puppy, your mama, nada. Not because I don't care (I will cry over the puppy), but because ZOMBIES. And in that kind of shit-meets-fan situation where the world is ending, we're all better off dead anyways, right? So no ...
Kriss Morton - In the Loft of the Cabin Goddess
Nothing special and utterly disappointingUtter disappointment. I don't care if there is a second book or what happens to ANY of these characters. No real character development took place so I never grew attached enough to care. I read some of the reviews and really was expecting this to be something...
Housewife Blues and Chihuahua Stories
After this will never think of UT campus again without thinking about Zed, Murphy and Jerome.

This book was scary enough to give me nightmares! I found Zed to be a great example of a well done anti-hero, well, at least in the beginning, as his character then evolves more into a hero. As the world around him falls apart by a zombie disease, he keeps his focus on saving himself and doing what ...
