I got a copy through NetGalley, in exchange for an honest review. This collection of nine novels is, obviously, huge to read, so I tackled each book one by one. Which took me quite some time.Overall, I was rather disappointed. Apart from one novel that made me feel like reading some of the author's o...

(I read this book as part of the Nine By Night set, which I got on NetGalley in exchange for an honest review. Since I'm not going to read all nine books in one go, I'm posting short reviews separately.)I couldn't get into this one at all, never knowing if it was supposed to be humorous or serious....

Not exactly earth-shattering though it was a nice try with the whole 'single mom and younger stud" story line. It was also a bit too short to really leave an impact.

It seems like an extended prologue, but it had some promise, and I might give the next book in the series a shot. There ar...

I received this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. To Catch Her Death is a cute paranormal tale that at times made me laugh out loud. It's very fast-paced, heavy on the dialogue and action. Overall I enjoyed this story of a young mother finding life again after the death of her hu...

This is the first book in the Grim Reality Series by Boone Brux. This was my first exposure to the author, but now I will be checking out her back list. I liked the idea of a single mom being a Grim Reaper, especially with the setting of Alaska as the backdrop. The premise just intrigued me, so I s...

This second story in the Bringer and the Bane series picks up much where the first book left off. All the main players are back, only this time, the core romance features Jade and Luc.We already knew that Jade hated Luc, though now we find out why. She believes he is responsible for her sister turn...
