Changed my mind (yet again) and switched books for my final bingo square, as I'm not sure I'll be in much of a mind to finish my previous choice for "Grave or Graveyard," Umberto Eco's Cemetery of Prague. So I switched to the 2016 BBC audio adaptation of Dracula, starring David Suchet in the title...

The way this book is set up--being told through a series of diary/journal entries, letters, etc.,--really lends itself to a multiple narrator format. Everyone involved gave an amazing performance, especially Alan Cumming as Dr. John Seward, and Katy Kellgren as Mina Murray/Harker.

Mina Harker, newly qualified solicitor, was just going to Transylvania to aid in the transfer of property – the Countess is certainly a little unusual but she is also educated and worldly and she certainly appreciates that Until it becomes clear she’s stumbled onto something very unworldly, one sh...

Dracula is the most famous vampire story ever written, Bram Stoker introduced us to their worlds and without him, they would not be so much vampire stories today. I think that I love the vampires he described much more, they are monsters and I prefer these kinds of vampire than the ones that sparkle...
