I liked it but the ending ruined it for me. Really didn't like how it ended!!!

It was really, really good. But the almost love triangle got my emotions in a twist. Ended up with who I finally ended up thinking was the right choice. The writing wasn't as flowey as I wished is was though.

I finished it start to finish, one sitting. Does that begin to explain how much I loved it!? Full review to come!

I got this as a Kindle freebie. The reviews on Amazon and here were decent. I could hardly get through it. The writing was stiff at best. The plot was slow and seemed under devolved in certain areas. The only character I actually liked was Phil's.

Those of you who have been following my blog for any length of time know that I love Brenda Pandos! In particular, her Talisman trilogy has been one of my favorites so far. There is so much to love. Julia, Nicholas, deliciously evil vampires, it all adds up to some of the best reading I've done so f...

It was a fast easy read, but I agree with some of the other reviewers that the main character was a bit whiney and needy. It made no sense that she would fall in love with this guy after like 5 min. I stuck with it though and I think the next books will be better since they are already in love and we...

The Onyx Talisman, the final book in the Talisman series, does not disappoint fans of the trilogy. It's full of action, suspense, steamy romance, and blood-crazed vampires. Fans will get everything they wanted and more!Getting back into the story takes pretty much no time at all. Things pick up s...

Maybe since reading Otfried Preußler two years later I have been mesmerized by the idea of mermaids, their mysteries and their underwater worlds. The beginning of the current mermaid trend in YA fiction and paranormal romance about two years ago consequently made me very happy and alert. In the mean...

This is one of the recently published books that I have been most excited about reading. I mean mermaids, mystery, and romance?! Yes please to all three! So I was so thrilled when Brenda Pandos’ Everblue not only met my expectations, but completely blew me away. I found Everblue to be a captivating,...

The Emerald Talisman was definitely a great read, but I couldn’t help but to feel a bit disappointed by the end. I do have to say that Brenda Pandos’s writing is great and just got better as the book came to a close. The story starts off with suspense and it never ends! Julia is attacked by a vampi...
