First let me say that I love the House of Night series. But this wasn't my favorite in the series. It was good ... it was just strange and if you know the book ... then you know what part. It was absolutely necessary for the story line but it was just weird. I'm glad to get that part over with so th...
I loved learning about the Isle of Skye in this book. And getting a look inside Nyx's realm was really cool. The series is only getting better and more suspenseful.
This book was so boring. So much filler used as a plot. So many of the books in this series could be condensed together if there wasn't so much filler used. There could be a lot more I could rant on, but this is bothering me the more and more I read in this series.

From the moment I stuck my face in this book it hooked me. I did enjoy the different pov's of the other characters and didn't mind that it jumped around a bit.
Much better then the previous two books. It took awhile for story to take off. Less Zoey in the story which was nice. I enjoyed the character development of Aphrodite and Stevie Rae.
This series manages to stay fresh and entertaining in it's 7th book. A few character issues, Stevie Rae's lying and Zoey's childishness, kind of were grating on me by the end, but Stark's tranformation was well written and perfect in character. I will miss Heath, but also have a feeling that he will...
