I enjoyed this but it was not the fast pace I associate with the author. It was definitely a more "relationship" based story and less adventure/intrigue

A reasonable book, being one to read quickly and forget. I was slightly irritated in that I had the sensation that the author had not done her homework – Many years back I was instructed “If you have not been there do not write about it”!
That was my second Tess Gerritsen novel, but I must say, that the first one was so much better. Call After Midnight is one of her first novel and unfortunately we can see that in the book.
