I didn't know the difference between carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. I had never lifted a weight or performed a push up. But I learned. I educated myself. I taught myself how to exercise. I learned how to love living a healthy lifestyle. I changed my life and I changed my body. I am now happier than I have ever been. For the first time in my life, I have self-confidence.After living well for five years, I know that I can assist others that want to change their lives. I can teach people how to make gradual lifestyle changes that will result in permanent results.
