Going in, I hated Elizabeth. She was such a bitch but then again, a woman in her profession has to be a hard-ass. Her treatment of Mick was shameful but she atoned for that and it was explained by her vulnerability which helped alleviate some of my animosity towards her. And I just loved Gavin. ...

This is the story of Gavin Riley. A baseball major league player and younger brother of Mick, the main character of the first book "The Perfect Play". At the end of the before mentioned book Gavin was unexpectedly kissed by his sport agent, Liz Darnell. This was major surprise for him as Liz, though...

This book sat on my TBR stack for quite a while. I wasn't sure I wanted to read it because the heroine of this book was the villain of the first book of the series -- The Perfect Play. It is a tribute to the power of Ms. Burton's writing that I really, really disliked Elizabeth Darnell. But enough t...

La literatura erótica no tendría que ser solamente la "revolcada" (por decirlo vulgarmente) . I started this one late last night and finished it in the early hours of the morning before the sun had come up. I'm totally smitten with this series, and I read Taking a Shot before this one, so it was nice to finally fill in what I missed, and Gavin and Elizabeth's relationship is one I definitely...

This book was so good. I would rate it solid 5-star if Elizabeth's past life would be explained more because I still don't get what was so fussed about it she didn't want people to know. For me, it might hardcore but I didn't see it as life-altering, serious hell shit past. Only if it'd been detaile...

An "Okay" continuation from the last book. But you must be one of those "Sport Watcher/Player" to really get to this book. Overall, its a cute story and Mick is really annoying until the last several pages.

WHEW! This was a HOT one!!!!Did everyone read The Perfect Play? No? Run out and get it! You'll want to meet the Riley clan before you get to this one! While Gavin and Liz will make complete sense....the underlying tension between Liz and certain members of the Riley family will not.Liz Darnell ...
