This is one doozy of a spy novel! Especially for those of us who grew up during the Cold War and remember how mistrustful we were of the Russkies. I read this in print many years ago and just recently listened to the audio version. I've read several of this author's novels in the John Corey series...
This is one of my most favorite books ever. It was my introduction to espionage and romantic suspense. A real thriller that should stand the test of time.
