Indian, Punjabi style Green Chutney
Ingredients:
• ½ cup mint leaves, washed
• 1 cup coriander leaves or Cilantro, washed
• 1 big onion, chopped roughly
• 1 big tomato, chopped roughly
• 1 inch piece of ginger, chopped roughly
• 6-7 garlic cloves, peeled
• 5-6 green chilies or to taste
• 1 tablespoon dry mango powder or juice of 1 lemon or a small raw mango, peeled, deseeded and chopped.
• Salt to taste
• 2 tablespoons water
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients in an electric blender.
2. Serve with Indian dishes, as a dip for snacks or as a side dish.
3. Store in the refrigerator.
4. Lasts for 3 days.
