I read this book because I loved the movie. Once I found out the film was based on a book, I couldn't wait to get my hands on it. Needless to say, I had high expectations. I think I would have given it 4 stars if I hadn't seen the movie already. I couldn't get the movie characters out of my head enough to focus. Despite that, it was enjoyable.
