Rating: 3.5 starsHonestly, I was expecting alien/human PWP involving tails. In fact, most of the story seems to focus on Liam's assimilation into alien culture - misunderstandings, translations and setting ground rules for what comes out to be a d/s relationship. The world building was done well, th...

BR with the lovely Tara and NoahNow, this was a sweet book with a touch of BDSM. Angst free and with a lot of feeeeels.I really liked Liam. He was just such a sweet soul. I wanted to hug him and never let him go. And Ondry, a true dominant master, yet so tender and loving towards Liam. This story re...

So Lyn Gala? I bet you think you are real clever huh? Lulling me into a false sense of security? Making me think that this was going to be a book full of the lol's and smexy huh? And then, then you punched me in my feelz Lyn. Right in the feelz. I adored this book. Liam and Ondry are just amazing to...

3.5 starsThis is nicely done world-building. I was warned of possible slavery triggers, and I'm grateful for that. The author did such a good job of building in the cultural and significant differences that I wasn't at all triggered or really even uncomfortable with the themes. The world was so...we...

Lyn Gala has created a wonderful and imaginative alien race. I loved all the cultural differences and how things were explained, it's always interesting to see alien perceptions of the human race and vice versa. We got to go through a little emotional journey with Liam during his initial captivity, ...

This one was a strange little gem!I loved the Rownt world with their strange customs and rituals and physiology. And I was enthralled by the fusion of alien practices and Liam's submissive urges. For some reason I started the book believing it was a collection of short stories. I was happy to see it ...

This book is so much better and more interesting than its title and cover suggest. They suggest a cheesy alien abduction/fated mate smut-fest (not that there is anything wrong with that when you are in the mood!) but it is so much more awesome than that. The aliens are really alien in their thinki...

Yay, this had everything I'm looking for in a captured/slave-fic and sci-fi setting. It was fun, a good length, and I enjoyed the dynamics in their relationship! Definitely checking out her other works.:D*** 8/4/13: Re-read! Stil remains my second favorite mm sci-fi.
