It includes many charts of cook times for different cuts of meat and fish as well vegetables and other foods. This was a surprisingly useful book considering how tiny it is. It contains some great suggestions on using a microwave go cook and bake and includes charts with recommended cook times for different meats and vegetables, something I was really looking for.
