Decent end to the story. I didn't ever warm to the characters, but the books were fun.
Then I remembered that I don't like many of the characters, and actively dislike the romance. It's been long enough since I've read this series that my desire to find out what happens and enjoy the fantastic worldbuilding does not outweigh my annoyance at the rest of it.
