This was a really terrific part of one my of current favorite series. A good mystery and some solid new characters. What I really loved, though, is that the main purpose of this one seemed designed to showcase the family - and support group - Eve has managed to make for herself over the course of th...

This was the scariest book so far for me, because we can see Eve losing her connection and the situations she finds herself in are nearly as dramatic and dangerous than the previous books, but this one left me in tears several times way past my bedtime hours. We can see a series of deaths, suspicious...

This one was rather emotional. It seemed so straightforward - with a simple case of a street person that appears to have had their heart surgically removed. The complication? A cop with a very bad attitude and possible homicidal inclinations. A woman that has a very strong dislike of Eve, becaus...

Great book - Loved the writing style and that every emotion came clear across. At times i got frustrated, but that was due to the procedure that was the cause of Eve's leave.I really wanna read what happens next and geesh does Roarke have to own every damn biz.

Conspiracy in Death is another great addition to this series. Dallas and Peabody get called on the homicide case that should have been left to the “uniforms”. Unfortunately, if you don’t live on the right side of town or have the wrong profession you don’t warrant a detective to solve your case? Any...

Eve is investigating a case where homeless people are being murdered with surgical precision and having diseased organs harvested. She also has a run-in with a fellow cop who had been jealous of her since their academy days. She makes Eve's life hard by filing frivolous complaints. But when the cop ...

Another great instalment in the In Death series, this time with a healthy dose of personal drama. There's a killer on the loose who seems to have more than a little medical expertise and is leaving his 'patients' all over Eve's New York. Not acceptable.Eve Dallas is many things; brave, dedicated, te...

One of my top Eve Dallas books, where Eve herself falls under suspicion.

★★★★★ Man-oh-man! This one was intense. Dallas solves a tough case with a little lot of help from her friends.
