Are you getting frustrated because you don't know how to purchase food in small quantities or often throwing out over ripped produced? Is your freezer overflowing with leftovers? Are the extra meals now freezer burnt?This book is full of recipes that can help you with that. I hope you’ll find value in at least a couple or even a few. One of the things I share with clients is, don’t worry about making things perfect. Keep it fresh and keep it simple. Don’t over complicate it. If you don’t have all the ingredients use something up that you have on hand and create something new. Make yourself a shopping list and before you leave to the store review one more time. Consider learning how to cut up a chicken instead of buying it in pieces. You can use the bones for a stock and make soups for example. Can you substitute the same herbs for different recipes? Buy fresh every other day or you can certainly buy for a week or two. Cook in quantity and store in the freezer. That’s what I do as a personal chef. A lot of stores now have bulk section which makes it great to buy what you need instead of purchasing the whole bag or box. Also with spices, you can get a variety as well and save money by avoiding buying from the spice shelf in the baking section.
