I don't have the patience to put together Thai Salmon in Banana Leaf with Thai Sticky Rice and I'll pass on the Squid Salad, but the San Marzano Tomato Soup and the Baked Macaroni and Cheese with poblano chilies are awesome.Beautifully illustrated artsy-fartsy cookbook.
