Toss to coat. Set aside.2.Place the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Then, make a well at the center. 3.In separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, almond milk, and water. Pour this mixture into the well and slowly mix it together. Add the melted butter and continue mixing until batter becomes smooth. 4.Lightly grease a large sized non-stick frying pan with oil spray. Place over medium heat.5.Once the pan is heated, pour about 1/4 cup of batter mixture and swirl to spread out and fill the bottom of the pan. Cook for 2 minutes and then flip to cook the other side for 1 minute more or until golden brown. 6.Transfer to a plate and cover with kitchen towel to keep the crepes warm. Repeat with remaining mixture, greasing pan with oil spray, if needed.7.Divide vanilla frosting among crepes and top with cherries.
