What an amazing book. First 1/3 takes awhile but after that it just takes off. A must read.

A simply beautiful book, beatifully written and a beautiful story with messages for living well sprinkled throughout. The author is a surgeon and there are medical terms here and there which seems to be a turnoff for some but it's easy enough to understand if you don't let yourself get bogged down....
