Felt like there were chunks of the story missing. Made more sense after reading the Lost Duke of Wyndham. It's a shame becausethe basic story between Amelia and Thomas was good.

This one was too introspective for me. Several times I forgot what was actually happening because the characters took what felt like several pages to ponder a feeling/thought/memory, etc.

It wasn't bad but I didn't really like it. It was written official and you just can't feel the emotions or to connect with the characters. And the end was very strange.

I got to Chapter 9 and just gave up. I never read the first book heck I did not realize there was a first book. But this one was boring and I just did not care.It just was not for me.
