I had exams . I could finish the book on time . And now I don't even remember what I read and while my mind seems to push me towards , my heart urges me to not read it .It isn't the book's fault , it's just wrong timing .
Largely unimpressive.Maybe I'm just stupid, but the names Mason and Michael are too similar to each other for ease of reading. Good characters, but the lack of a satisfying ending makes me wonder where the storyline actually was. Took too long to get things moving, too.
Description: Since the beginning of mankind, civilizations have fallen: the Romans, the Greeks, the Aztecs...and now us. Huge earthquakes rock the world. Cities are destroyed. But something even more awful is happening: An ancient evil has been unleashed, and it's turning everyday people into hunte...
Courtesy of Smash Attack ReadsInterest in Book: I remember first seeing the cover. It spoke loudly to me. READ ME, it said. Dark Inside tells the story with four narrators - Aries, Mason, Mi...
DNF. Skimming isn't going to get the job done.Too many POVs when one would've sufficed until that one character met up with others. Chopping up the book in this way prevented me from feeling sympathy and developing an emotional attachment because once a tragic event occurs it cuts to a different cha...

It has that post-apocalyptic feel of The Road, and the zombies from 28 Days Later (although this book didn't scare me as much as 28 Da...
Review: After worldwide earthquakes...a tonne of crazy stuff happens. People become killing machines, turning whenever, turning on friends, lovers, family. There’s no explanation for it, but it throws survivors into chaos. Months pass with everyone unable to trust others to keep them alive. Michael,...
