Hell with an ocean view."Let me start off by saying when I first stared reading this book, I was a bit nervous. The paranormal/horror genres aren't usually my go to genres for books so I wa...

Darkhouse is really unlike any other book that i've read before. I have to admit that i'm new to the horor or thriller book scene mainly because after I gave birth to children those things that went bump in the night really did scare me so much more. So as a genre, I simple avoided those books that ...

4 stars2nd reading: April 2013I upped my rating by 1/5 star to 4 full stars, mostly because this series holds up so well throughout! I appreciate that in a series.Love, love, love the characters. This was both an exciting and creepy read. The story follows the main character, Perry as she visits a spooky lighthouse on her Uncle's property. There she meets up with Dex who is filming a documentary on ghosts. The author did a fantastic job in creating suspense. I stayed up late to find out wh...

In the short time that I've owned a kindle, I've found that for me, kindle freebies can either be hit or miss things--too often misses. Not this time. I downloaded this book awhile back, because it was free, and it sounded interesting. Then I let it sit on my kindle for six months. Then one of my ...

Creepy. In a good way. Can't wait to finish this series. Love me some Dex and Perry. Excited to see how their story unfolds. Do I dare say I have a creeper weirdo crush on Dex? yeah, I know, I am not right. I love his quirkiness though :)
