I'm glad this book picks up more-or-less where the last left off as I was a bit disappointed with the ending of the last. This book was a fantastic read though and did a great job keeping me interested and in suspense.
Lucas is trying to recuperate from a serious gunshot injury he got at the end of the last book. He is now after a nut who is killing everyone. We also meet a Policewoman Connell, who is terminally ill and trying to make it all make sense. A must read.
I think this is the last Sandford I read. I was really starting to hate Davenport by then.
