So this is the first time I have ever read a manga. I am not really sure what to say about it, just because I don't have other examples of other manga's to compare it to. I did enjoy it and I liked that it was such a quick read. I am not sure about how I feel in regards to what the main character is...

Having previously seen the anime series of Death Note, I was also curious about the manga they were based on. It was a really good intro the series book. The pictures of Light are just so adorable and L is my favorite character. The way L acts on the anime is just so cute. This is a definite have to read.

I completely forgot about "Death Note"!I read it about five years ago. Bought the first two volumes, but was only able to finish the first one. Too YA maybe?

Amazing manga! It was a bit difficult to read at first because I had to read backwards, but the storyline was amazing. My first manga and I am hooked. Plan to read volume 2 to see what happens next.
