I think LS books are good as "tweeners"...the books you read in between the ones that tear you apart, make you sob, take your breath away (think: Kristen Ashley or JR Ward...at least for me). These books are "safe". They have just enough story...
Really great debut. I loved the setting, and the mix of foodie romance and suspense. I've been a bit weary of small town romances of late, but this one was refreshing. Sebastian was a bit too high-handed at times, but I loved Lexie, and I especially loved Buster. Detailed review to come.
